Positive Role Models Who Invest in Youth
Every young person benefits from a caring adult who believes in them. Our mentorship program pairs youth with trained mentors who provide guidance, encouragement, and support. Through relationship-building activities, life skills workshops, and consistent presence, mentors help youth navigate challenges and envision bright futures.

Police Mentoring
We noticed an uneasy gap between youth and those in positions of authority—young people who felt misunderstood, missing positive adult role models. MFRC’s Police Mentoring program bridges that divide with heart. Bringing caring officers together with local kids, we build trust through conversation, activities, and shared service. This not only gives youth guidance and affirmation, but also strengthens community spirit. Studies nationwide echo our experience: when law enforcement mentors are trained to lead with empathy and respect, they empower young people to make safer choices, develop leadership skills, and foster lasting community trust.

Dance Team

The MFRC Dance Team offers just that—a vibrant, inclusive environment after school where kids express themselves, move their bodies, and build friendships through dance. Macedonia Baseball League
We saw too many children sidelined from sports due to costs or lack of access, missing vital lessons about teamwork, discipline, and leadership. Our Baseball League changes that, welcoming every child, regardless of background, and emphasizing growth over winning. Through active coaching and scholarships, kids build resilience, camaraderie, and healthy habits. Research highlights how youth sports boost fitness, emotional well-being, and lifelong skills—transforming lives both on and off the field.
Piano Lessons
Music lights up young minds, yet many families struggle to afford lessons. MFRC’s free piano program brings the joy of music to any child who wants to learn. Macedonia's VITA program provides free, IRS-certified tax preparation for low- to moderate-income households.
